The Plotaholics Podcast: Movie Reviews
Each week, authors Shane Wilson and Bryan Tann watch one movie before meeting for an informal and wide-ranging conversation inspired by that movie. Reminiscent of the nights spent debating your favorite films over drinks, The Plotaholics Podcast seeks to capture the organic, shared experience of life as consumers of popular culture. Long-time practitioners of pop culture discussion will understand this one thing: the best conversations rarely stay on topic. So, if you “have too much time on your hands,” or you care immensely for something even if it’s “just a movie,” this podcast is for you. Tune in each week as The Plotaholics begin with a film and let the conversation take them where it will.Join the Discord! https://discord.gg/tyjMeVReAD

All good things must come to an end, so it's also true with our month of comedic actors in dramatic roles. When good things come to an end, you have to go out with a bang, and we do!
This week we watched Stranger Than Fiction the 2006 Will Farrell film that co-stars Emma Thompson, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Queen Latifa, and Dustin Hoffman.
In this film we meet Harold Crick (Farrell) a cardboard boxed personality of a man that works for the IRS who hears narration in his head one day and finds out he's going to die. If you haven't seen this film, you've got to. So, sit back, relax and listen to our thoughts on 2006's Stranger Than Fiction.
And no, this title is not indicative of our current societal climate. It's just a coincidence.
